Over the next 30 days, you’ll be following a structured process designed to help you change how you show up — day by day.

Before you begin, the most important thing you can do is prepare your schedule.

Plan to set aside about one hour each day for the challenge. This is your time to watch the lesson, complete the prompt, and reflect without rushing.

Give yourself a few days before starting to mentally prepare and clear space for the commitment. This challenge works best when you treat it as a daily practice, not something to squeeze in.

For that reason, we recommend starting on a Monday, so the structure flows smoothly from Day 1.

Each weekday, you’ll complete a focused lesson or assignment. These are short, direct, and designed to build on each other without overwhelm.

The challenge runs over four weeks, with each week focused on a specific area — awareness, habits, identity, and follow-through — so change happens gradually instead of all at once.

This isn’t motivation.
It’s steady movement through repetition and structure.
